That's been tried in the past. The problem is that you're always going to have a couple wardens who aren't interested in being held accountable for their actions, and they'll resist or ignore any system you try to put in place to control them. And besides, there's no real way for us to punish another warden. If the Admiral was able to step in and make wardens responsible for their actions, maybe it would be different. But until then, the only way to really control the situation is to be the best warden you can be, and try to do the right thing for everyone here if you can. And at the end of the day, even that might not be enough for some people. Sometimes someone needs to make a call that's the right thing for their inmate or for you, and people will flip out and say they're a terrible warden and should be demoted. It's all really subjective.
