So, in light of Amanda's most recent network post, and some of the stuff Hoffman said to me while he was in the infirmary, I think it might be a good idea for someone to go through his room and make sure he doesn't have anything dangerous stored in there that we don't know about. There's some really bad blood between these two, and I'm pretty sure no one but the two of them really wants them to just keep killing each other every week.

I'd be happy to look through Hoffman's room myself, but if anyone's got particularly strong feelings about wanting to help, I wouldn't say no to an extra pair of hands.

And speaking of weapons and all that, does anyone actually know how she got her hands on the knife in the first place? I know she's unassigned, but I thought people were trying to keep an eye on that, all things considered.

[Private to Ariadne]

Did you ever find out where she got the knife?

Here's hoping. [Donny wasn't really joking about it either. He had no sympathy for Amanda or anyone associated with her. If she was focused on this new guy, he figured that there'd be less time for her to make self-righteous speeches to the rest of them.

He didn't look at the sketches. He knew they'd disturb him, because what she did to Clapet still haunted him at night.
] Yeah...I know. [His voice was soft and his eyes were looking towards the door.]

Take the tool box and let's call it a day?

[Donny figured Dick was going to take care of everything they found. He knew he was just there as an extra set of hands, and he had been perfectly fine with that. Donny had just needed to do something, because the idea of another Amanda-type crazy running around with the contents of their cabin intact was scary as hell.

He acknowledged the gesture with a nod of his head.
] No problem, guy. Any time. [And he meant it, as disturbed as he was poking through this crazy-person's room. Dick was one of the good guys, and he had been happy to help. He made his way towards the door and held it open for Dick, giving a grand wave of his hand and a short bow.]

After you.
