[The feed turns on, and after some dizzying fumbling, Dick manages to pick it up and actually look at the camera. He, frankly, looks terrible. His bad luck basically meant he's slept through the drama.]

... Guess my not getting eight hours of sleep a night's finally catching up to me. [He's slurring a little, too tired and dizzy for filters, and slowly reaches up to rub a hand over his face and frowns at the camera.]

What's happening? Costigan, you okay?

[ooc: So as to keep some of my guys out of the running for damage controlling/protecting Sveta and such, Dick is going to be asleep/pretty out of it for most of the event. He'll still reply to the post, but then he's heading back to sleep.]
