[Dick still sounds calm, if insistent, even if there's a part of him that's wondering why he's bothering. But the louder part of him that wants Bruce to know this, and doesn't want to just lash out right now holds out.]

I'm here because a group of supervillains dropped a living bomb on Bludhaven and killed 100,068 people. Civilians. Kids. People stuck in hospitals who couldn't get out. You egging Rorschach on or aiding and abetting him? Is getting in the way of helping those people and helping Rorschach, because he doesn't deserve to be stuck here for another year, or another two or three or four years just because you guys think it's a good plan to attack someone who's never killed or wanted to kill anyone before.
