[So, Dick's spent the last couple hours of this awesome flood passed out in the infirmary after Bruce Jr. made a deal with Aztec!Eddie. He... kind of collapsed on his way there. Concussions suck.

But, you know what happens to Bats who get sent to the infirmary after getting their asses handed to them? They get bored and try to escape once everything's back to normal. Which is why Dick is currently set up in his room, propped up on his bed with a couple pillows and going to be harassing all of you now that he's conscious enough to do it.

He looks more or less okay, even though he's got a lot of scrapes and bruises that have been for the most part treated. The most prominent is the bandage on his forehead and the pretty colorful bruising on the side of his face where he got whacked with the Maquahuitl, but his hands are also pretty badly bruised after fighting without his gloves for that long. All in all though? He's not really complaining. Better then the alternative, all things considered.

He's also a lot more coherent then he was in Zero, if still kind of tired, so. Small blessings all over the place.]

So, that was tons of fun. [Sarcasm, folks.] What'd I miss while I was out? Anyone else try to take over the Barge?

[He might be internally sulking a little that he blacked out again before he got to try and help out with all the fun stuff.]

[Well, now that you're moving around, this is just... kind of pathetic. This might be the most whipped he's ever seen you, and it's enough to take the edge off of his comments.]

[At this point, he's not going to turn down any help. Especially as Miss Jones has a justifiable distraction. He speaks with a thick Scottish accent, sometimes rolling the "R"s on words.] Should anyone ask for water, perhaps you could give them a cup. [He indicates the water cooler.] People who have death tolled might need a little assistance holding the cup. I recall that it wasn't a pleasant experience.

[Believe him, he is well-aware of this. And not very inclined to give you all the details.

Tired and unsettled. At least more than half of my friends survived, but I still don't know about the other half.

[Dick shrugs, trying not to move his head that much in the process because seriously, he's done with the whole being unconscious thing.]

I don't know, I've been unconscious for the last couple hours. But I guess I can use my imagination.

[BECAUSE DICK IS A PERSISTENT GUY.] Yeah. Thanks.

[He should probably be laying down really, but of course, he's very stubborn. So he won't. He'll just rub his eyes to hide the fact that the room is spinning.]

I think I can manage that. [For a while, anyway, he does sort of feel like crap. But he does want to help as long as he can. He offers a hand to the Doctor, even though they're both pretty beat up.] I'm Dick.

You try contacting them?

[He takes it carefully, because the poor man has been through a lot.] Dr. John Smith. The Doctor, again. [He's sure that he's met another him, but, Dr. John Smith separates him from his other incarnations.]

[Please, like Dick can't tell when someone's trying to hide how crappy they feel. Remember who he works with?]

[AWKWARD AS HELL PAUSE because seriously why is he trying to be nice to you fffff.] ... you need anything?

[That doesn't mean anything to Dick since he hasn't met the other Doctors on board, so he'll just chalk it up to the concussion making him process things weirdly.] Nice to meet you. Wish it was under better circumstances.

[Goddammit, Dick, you are not supposed to be nice to him. That's even worse than the snarky comments. He grits his teeth but makes the attempt to keep his voice even.]
