Dick is going to choose to just stand off to the side and scowl a little in the interest of not making this harder then it has to be. It's taking some effort.]

[Sylar smirks and looks up at Tim as he waits for the reply from Roman.] "Make me."

[He's been nothing but suicidal or arrogant since recovering from death toll, the latter being a facade to hide the former, usually when others are around. Still, some part of him can't help it. It's easier when there's a villain to work ~~for~~ with rather than trying to be the good guy.]

[Almost every fiber of his being just wants to TACKLE Sylar right there. He holds himself back, though, and holds a hand out for Sylar's communicator.]

Give me it. [He's having trouble compartmentalizing at the moment, and Sylar deals with suicidal urges so much differently than Tim ever did that he doesn't know how to begin approaching it. It's easier to just see the arrogance; at least, right now it is.]

[Sylar glares up at Tim for a long moment. He still wants his warden to punch him, to give him an excuse to hate the wonder boy. Then again, the inmate also wants to die again, to push everyone away until there's nothing left but the hunger so he can focus on that, but Tim's not letting that happen either. Finally, the killer clicks the communicator off and hands it to Tim, shifting his glare to the wall instead. Pouting.. in his own, angsty killer way.]

[Angsty killer pouting is the worse. Tim takes the communicator and sets it to the side, because he doesn't want to outright invade Sylar's privacy. Even if everything's screaming at him to check out what Sylar said to Sionis. He glanced at Dick, forcing himself to grimace just a little before running a hand through his hair.]

Thank you. [That's all Sylar's getting for the moment. Tim's too pissed for all of this right now, so he's back to pacing.]

[Watching Tim and Sylar interact always seemed to just make Dick intensely grateful that so far, he and Costigan got along pretty okay. Hell, compared to what he'd seen of his brother and his inmate? Costigan and him were best friends.

He watched Tim pacing for a moment before saying,] Tim, talk. Hit something. Just do something.

[Tim glanced at Sylar, watching him sulk for a moment before looking back at Dick.]

There's nothing to say. [But seriously, he wants to break his lamp.]

[Sighhhhh. Dick doesn't really know what to do with you.

But here's a minor lightbulb moment.] Okay, fine. Hit me.

[Well that makes him stop in his tracks.] What?

Hit me. Come on.

You're pissed, and you need to do something with it before you snap.

Tim, come on. Don't bottle this up. You're not - [Oops, was gonna say Bruce, but he cuts himself off.] You need to do something.

I'm not what? [He's. Angry enough to pick at that. NOT WHO, DICK, HUH?]

[YES. B| ...No. :c He's just going to glare and start pacing again. Maybe he does want to punch Dick now. :|]

Dammit Tim, don't shut me out. [Especially because that is really Bruceish.]

[He's gotten really good at it.] I'm not shutting you out.

[Yes you are, Bat junior. He runs a hand through his hair.]

You're not Bruce, I'm not... me from whenever the hell you're from, and I want to help you. [Because seriously, he needs something to do right now, or he's going to lose it, and you're kind of scaring him.]

Maybe you should. [And he knows it's not the right thing to say, but. He lashes out when he's angry. And he doesn't really feel like being apologetic right now. He has to find out what's been said to Black Mask, and that is an awful lot of hacking.]

[Dick knows he's going to feel shitty about this later but... he'll feel shitty about it later. So he'll just be storming off to go make sure Steph's okay, because it's clearly more productive then trying to get Junior Bat to listen to reason.]

[And Tim is going to throwing himself into the closest chair and brood. And flare at Sylar's communicator. God damn it. :|]
