I have no idea what the hell you want from me, Costigan. I get that your life sucked before you came here, and it's continued to suck, but just because some of us aren't jaded and expect the worst of people doesn't mean what Bourne did was right, and it doesn't mean I'm naive. And if you think that's acceptable behavior for a warden, that's fucked up. It's not acceptable. It's not a "learning experience". It's abusive.

Because you don't listen sometimes, guy. You're good about asking for my side of things, but if you disagree, you just-- you stop listening. Sometimes you say things that make me think you don't give a fuck either-- and no, I'm not namin' any specifics. You asked, I'm telling you. You can disagree all you want. You know what gets me most? The shit you do that's just.. your personality. Same as my personality probably gets to you. Sometimes you try too hard, but you don't know when to push either. And that's okay. You don't like fighting and I'm alright with that. Really. It makes you shit sometimes, but it can be good too.
