| So I figure by now, everyone's calmed down and realized we're not in any imminent danger here, so I have a question. Does anyone else - of the kids on board, I mean - remember this place at all? I feel like I've been here before, but a long time ago, or like I had a dream about it or something. It wasn't all decked out for Halloween last time, though. I'm not sure if I should be weirded out by it or not. Halloween in Gotham's usually a fiasco. [Private to Tim] Do you need help dealing with anyone? [He saw you talking to that very angry scary girl and vaguely remembers you/has a sense you're to be trusted, so. B(] Also, I could maybe stand to borrow a sweatshirt or something, if you don't mind. Everything in my room's like, six sizes too big. [ooc: Tags will be coming from |

Yeah, I mean. I don't know. I'm a little nervous but not as scared as I feel like I should be, since I've obviously been kidnapped by aliens or something.

What happened?
[Private]
Nothing. [...] She's just kinda. Freaked.

I found candy in my room and it hasn't killed me yet, so I figure we're just about out of good luck.

There's a tiny, pale, red-headed boy who's got almost as many freckles as he does clear spots. And most of the rest is covered in dirt. The shirt he's wearing is practically swallowing him up, more a dress than a real shirt. He seems to be in thought right now, looking past the screen for a long moment, then half shrugs, half nods. He kind of remembers it? It's weird though.]
What's... [Hesitant, each syllable sounded out carefully, and the voice that breaks the silence is quiet, as if he's expecting to be ignored anyway:] Howl-o-ween?
So basically there's a thirteenish year old kid in a yellow cape and red tunic with a black domino mask looking back at you. :V]
It's a holiday at the end of October. Kids dress up in costumes and go trick or treating- you go through your neighborhood knocking on doors and people give you candy. [He's never really done it before, considering there wasn't a consistent neighborhood to do it in while he was with the circus, and Bruce always makes sure they can be out all night just in case, but he does know the basics.] What's your name?
He chews his lip in thought, thinking.]
Lots of people knock on our door.
[Sometimes there's even candy. But mostly there isn't, just grown-ups.]
...I'm Walter.
Is someone taking care of you, Walter? One of the grownups on board?

If we've been here, why make us forget? What's the point? Wouldn't it be worse to be stuck in kid bodies with adult minds?
