[Dick is still sorting through all the stuff at his house. He's maybe starting to get a little obsessive about it, and probably would look a little crazy to anyone who wasn't from the Barge, as he's got clues to his fake life sprawled out around him on the floor. Not that you guys can see it, but to any passersby, he looks a little nuts. Or at least like he's getting started on spring cleaning a little early by ripping everything off the shelves.]

Anyone else have some pictures of people from back home around the house? Like, not Barge people? I'm trying to figure out how closely this place parallels our home universes, which obviously isn't all that much, but I'm still curious.

I mean, obviously we're all here, and some of us have pretty developed family units that aren't like our original ones at all, but what about the people we left back home? Do they exist here too, or is this place just populated with strangers and us?

[There's a specific reasoning behind this questioning, but most of you aren't getting any reasons as to why this is suddenly bothering him.]

How much longer do you think we'll be stuck here?

Can't be much more than a few days. [ She hopes so, because this 'unable to defend herself' thing is horrifying. ]

[At this point, Dick has shredded about a quarter of the doughnut without actually consuming any of it. He's quiet for a couple seconds before saying anything.]

So, when are we actually going to hit up the really traumatic ports? Both I've been to so far have been pretty lowkey, so either you guys are all a bunch of pansies, or I'm just up for a horrible wake up call.

[ She glances up at him, wondering if he's heard the same thing she has. Probably. ]

Every port I've had so far has been pretty cool. The snowstorm in Germany was a little freaky, but not really dangerous. I don't know. Maybe you should ask Tim, he's been here almost a year now.

How many have you been to?

This is my third.

What was the one before this one like? Do you think anyone tries to keep like, a master list of where we've been already?

Germany? You were there, weren't you? Before that it was Salem, and we shopped for costumes. There were museums, cute little coffee shops, all sort of stuff.

I don't keep a master list, but I do keep a diary.

I meant the one before that. Sorry. I've kind of got a lot on my mind.

War journal, technically. I just didn't expect you'd call it a diary.

I'm a girl, it's allowed. Besides, it's from before I was anybody.

Remember, I know comparatively little about you from before the Barge. There's still room for me to be surprised by some of the stuff you do.

What, you don't know my entire personal background? Transcripts, medical records, everything? You're so behind the times, Dick.

What can I say? I wasn't exactly hanging around Gotham a lot by the time you got involved.

That's actually kind of comforting, to be honest. I always hated that about Tim.

He knew everything about me from the very beginning and I knew nothing about him. But whatever. There were still some things I could surprise him with anyway. [ The story about her father's friend the pedo-babysitter, for example. ]

Good. It keeps people like him on their toes to get surprised every once and a while.

[He quickly moves his hands to his lap, shrugging slightly before running a hand through his hair.] I found pictures of my parents. It... kinda freaked me out, I guess.

[ Well that's freaky. It makes her wonder... are her real parents out there, somewhere? Was she adopted, in this body? Or maybe she's lucky. Maybe her father doesn't exist. ]
