People were talking about wanting a report on what actually happened, and I can't give any details about what went down in the CES or when it came to actually finding the Admiral because I wasn't there, but as far as taking the bridge back, this is what I've got:

Not long after people were stuck in the CES and the crew members became hostile, John Connor, Robert Capa, Una Persson, Comrade O'Brien and I decided we needed to get into the interior of the ship to try and get to the bridge. Una was teleported to the CES by Flagg after making an attempt to get to the bridge directly. After that failed, the rest of us went into the ship's interior and after a while - we're not sure how long, time distorted itself while we were down there - O'Brien turned around to try a reset of the ship's defenses. Not long after, Connor, Capa and I made it to the bridge, confronted Flagg and held down the fort until the Admiral was located, at which point, we were teleported out, presumably all back to our cabins.

That's really all that happened for us. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask.

We can't tell people anything specific about the interior of the ship, and especially the bridge. No layouts, no schematics, no details, nothing. I'm not suggesting we submit to a mind wipe or anything drastic like that to keep the information safe, but I'm trusting you to understand why this is vital to the further safety and security of the Barge. There are too many people on board who would abuse any details we were able to give them, and I don't think any of us want to do the crawl to the bridge again if we can help it.

That wasn't that bad. I mean, I know not being able to swear and cause too much havoc might have been annoying for some of us, but we complain enough about ports where monsters are trying to eat us and floods that leave everyone psychologically damaged and/or death tolling. If I've got to choose between not being able to swear, or psychological trauma? I'm pretty much always going to go with the former.

[And added later, after the private messages, in a considerably more 'fuck everything' tone of voice:]

Costigan's gone. Again.

[And deleted a few seconds after he posts it:] Why are we losing so many people?

Sometimes, I really miss being a cop. Every day was a little different, but you still always had a routine and something to do, and even if it was just doing paperwork, you'd never complain about needing something to work on. Especially not in Bludhaven. And I know it probably sounds naive to some of you, but you could really see the impact you were having on the community, there. Once the department started getting on the right track again, people weren't as afraid to go out at night. It wasn't as much of a warzone run by the mob, at least, not like what it used to be. We were really making a difference, for a while.

I'm not sure I could ever go back to it. Starting over again in a new city doesn't really appeal to me, and so much happened between when I started and when I first got here, on the Barge, that I'm just not sure it's an option. But I still miss it.
